Tours of the art, architecture, and history of Rockefeller Center help acquaint visitors with quintessential New York City. Overlooking Midtown New York City from the observation decks at the Top of the Rock provides a beautiful scenic panorama of iconic New York structures. 4. Taking in a Broadway show is on the must do in New York list for thousands of people each year. With around forty Theaters to choose from in the Theater District, there is a play or musical to please just about everyone.
